If you are a Nokia fan in India and if you want to buy Nokia N8, here is one alternative and a much better alternative at that, if you are not hell bent on the 12 MP camera on N8. After all, what is the big deal with 12 MP camera if it does not come with a reasonably good optical zoom? Let the camera function at that lavel reside with better equipped cameras. Apart from the camera, if you compare N8 and C7 from Nokia, the only difference is in the internal memory, which is 16 GB in N8 where as in C7, it is 8 GB. When you compare the price C7 is cheaper by Rs. 4300/- in India. I am sure, the price difference will extend to other countries as well. Which phone, C7 or N8 gives more value for money? The answer depends on one's perception, about what one wants from a phone. For me it is definitely C7.
