Motorola Xoom Tablet is the first Tablet to come with Android OS, v3.0 Honeycomb, specially designed for tablets. It comes with 1 Ghz Dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 1GB RAM. Motorola Xoom has 10.1-inch Capacitive Touch Screen Display with 1280×800 pixels, 5 MP camera (2592x1944 Pixels) with dual LED flash and 2 MP front-facing camera, 32 GB in-built memory and 32 GB external memory slot. Motorola Xoom has Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and A-GPS support. 2G network is CDMA 800/ 1900 MHz for USA and the price and availability and version in India is not yet announced.
